As a customer I let her know what I was looking for in a car, not having preconceived notions, she fits you up like a glove. She is patient and if one doesn't work lets try another. Absolutely outstanding experience with my sales rep, Megan Terry, she was knowledgeable, had a good understanding of what I was looking for and was able to find the car I would be happy with. She gave me options that I had not considered before and after going over the lease vs. buy options I decided to give the lease option a try. I had been on the fence between a Toyota and a Honda CRV and she convinced me that the Toyota Rav4 would meet my needs much more than the Honda. Once I decided on the car Megan was very helpful in getting the blue tooth working, and the Entune app established and gave me an overall rundown of the features. I was also impressed that she stayed beyond closing time and prior to that was willing to come in on her day off to meet me. I would definitely buy my next car from her and felt that she was giving me the best deal possible and a fair trade in value. More
