Best Purchasing Experience Ever with Rob Ploof! Until now, I have never enjoyed a vehicle buying experience. Rob met me at the door when and introduced himself. I told him that I wasn't ready to purchase anything but needed to weigh my options. He didn't force me to go look at a vehicle or test drive one before he could talk to me. He brought me to his desk and instantly made me feel like a long-time friend. I told him what my needs were and we talked about what would be best for me. Rob spent easily 5 hours with me over the next two days while I test drove vehicles and figured out what I wanted. He helped me find the vehicle that was what he knew I would want and helped me get to a price that met my needs. Since the purchase, Rob has checked in to make sure I am happy with my 4Runner. I love it. I am especially grateful for the incredible customer service that Rob gave to me. Heritage is so fortunate to have Rob and I hope he is there when we are ready for our next vehicle. Great Sales Rep and Experience! I visited Heritage to inquire about a new Toyota Tacoma. The sales rep I had, Rob Ploof, was very informative and helpful. He did everything for me he said he would, and more. He came up with a much better deal for me than I had originally inquired about days before at another dealership in NY. I wound up with a new 2014 Tacoma. When I forgot to take the garage door opener from my trade-in truck, Rob was more than willing to track it down for me days later from off site. I was very pleased. I might add that I purchased the extended warranty and environmental package at purchase through Ben Bright as well. Heritage scheduled the enviromental work (paint sealant, interior work, undercoating etc), and that service was prompt, well done, and professional. I was even given a 2014 Rav4 for the day as a free rental. I will certainly recommend Heritage to my friends. If you are looking for a Toyota, go see Rob and the team at Heritage. Very Satisfied Customer I went in inquiring about the 2014 Rav 4. Eleni Floyd in Sales who took the time to talk with me and answer all the questions I had when she was very busy and last but not least Hal who waited after his shift was done to sit with me and show me all the many functions of my new Rav 4. He was the first person I saw when walking into the dealership. He greated me at the door and even helped me decide on a color :) He walked me over to the service building during my wait to show me around and kept me updated on the process the entire time. This dealership was the place I bought my first brand new car back in 1992. I sure do miss that corolla.
