Ask for Jason Dillon Jason was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He made our first experience of shopping for a new car easy and enjoyable. He supported us in negotiating a price that we were comfortable with, and at no point did he make us feel pressured. He knows a lot about the car buying process and the cars themselves. Now that we have the car, he has made himself available to us to answer any questions that come up. Shawn Carpenter helped us complete our final paperwork. By that time it was after 9 PM and he explained the contract thoroughly and efficiently. He helped us choose the extra coverage options that would work for us, without any undue sales pressure. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would return to Heritage for our next car. More
Was actually fun I pulled into the lot and Marc was waiting outside like a piranha. I said to myself "here we go again." It wasn't like that though. He was really laid I pulled into the lot and Marc was waiting outside like a piranha. I said to myself "here we go again." It wasn't like that though. He was really laid back and he worked hand in hand with Megan to get me what I needed. After dealing with the finances with the pleasant Nick Zagres, Marc and Jeremy spent at least a half an hour after hours to show me how to link my phone to Bluetooth. It was a fun process despite spending a lot of money. Thank you Marc,Megan,Nick and Jeremy. I'm glad I'm still in a Toyota. More

I was horribly anxious about going to buy a new car after my divorce, let alone with my two boys in tow..Rob, was patient and understanding. He interacted with my children and made them feel like they were part of the process. They're still talking about how cool he was this morning. Starting over is scary, getting a new car is a a big step and they did everything they could to work with me and make the process smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! More
99% great, 1% not so much, and 100% worth it! I love my new car! Absolutely love it: love to drive it so much I don't even mind the road noise. Love getting 57 MPG on a trip to Barre and back, or I love my new car! Absolutely love it: love to drive it so much I don't even mind the road noise. Love getting 57 MPG on a trip to Barre and back, or 70 MPG coming home from the dentist, or 87 MPG driving my daughter home from St. Mike's basketball camp. Love my Tangerine Splash Prius c more than I can say. Now how did i get here? I did my homework: Consumer Reports' car buyers guide lead me to TrueCar guarantees (which aren't really guaranteed btw), which lead to a couple of good offers from Prime Toyota and Berln City Toyota in Maine. With these offers in hand and a price range in mind I called Jason Dillon on a recommendation from Barb Dozetos (thanks Barb!). First thing he told me was to sit down, because they had the car I wanted (I smiled). Then I came in for a test drive: ah that color! The drive was fine, the 46 MPG was fantastic - my previous Camry was under 23 MPG, and Jason was straight shooter who wanted to make this work. So I asked him to beat the offers I had. In the end he did. He also made the game of buying car, which I hate, acceptable. I say something, he goes to investigate for too long, he comes back and tries to convince me of something, I resist and convince him that my idea is better, he goes away for too long again, he comes back, I say I'll think about it, I do more homework, I ask for a better deal, he goes away again for too long, and then he sends in the bad cop, which i knew was coming but I absolutely hate. This is the negative 1%. A gentleman, I'll leave his name out in kindness for I'm sure in the real world he's a fine person, and I know he was just doing his job, came to me an cried poverty. That was the low point of my negotiation. I almost left on the spot. I felt like throwing up. I had everything I wanted to this point and we were haggling over $412, but to tell me, a reasonably intelligent individual, whose been around enough to know a sob story when I hear it, to be told that I might have to go elsewhere because the dealership is going to lose money...well, the gentleman, trying his best to make it work almost lost the deal, even though - and I'll give him credit here - he did give me what i wanted but I felt like I was getting screwed. So now your saying that's horrible, how can that be 1%? Well, it was like 50% at that moment, but Jason with the help of Nick Zagres in finance made that awful feeling , that awful experience into a tiny moment of doubt and hesitation (my wife and father in the law helped too). And looking back, experiencing that 1% was so worth it. I told Jason how I felt about that part of the game, and I told him that I really didn't like it, and he very professionally understood my perspective and stayed true to his team. Good cop bad cop actually worked in the end. I took a little more time to wash of the yuck, and then came back a few hours later. That's when Nick got involved. First Jason expedited the process: paperwork, changing my insurance coverage, registering my car, making sign 20 things (lol, better than buying a house for sure), and handed me off to Nick while my new beautiful car was readied. I really like Nick. I don't care much for his job, but he made it all good. He was kind, thoughtful, informative without over selling, and he gave me time to make my choices and then accepted them without guilt. He even made my deal a little sweeter. Icing on the cake Jason baked. Whipped cream on top of the sundae. Pepperoni on the pizza. Ok, bad metaphors...lol. Bad metaphors apparently lead to great car buying experiences. I actually look forward to the next one...I learned a lot! The gentleman will not be happy to see me come again to replace my wife's car, and again in three years should I choose to get something new...doubtful at this point as I love my new car (did I mention that?)...but I'm looking forward to it. I'm looking forward even to that 1%, that bad cop doing his job despite making me want to barf. And I thank Jason and Nick for that after feeling, my car really helps too :) Please call Jason now, work with him, buy or lease a car, and tell him Aaron Masi sent you! More
