No Appointment was Necessary What started as a one week trip from Indiana to Lake Placid turned into a three week trip to include Cape Cod. Unfortunately, while passing thru Burlington, my "maintenance required" light came on...at noon...on a Friday. Our Service Rep, Seth Tracy, was most welcoming, cordial and accommodating, getting us in with no appointment to have our vehicle serviced and we were out in barely over an hour and on our way.
