I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted to test drive. Interior detailing was not impressive. Angus offered to have detailing done before end of sale. Price negotiation was quick and reasonable. I left for a couple of hours. When I came back all paperwork was ready. It was very busy so I had to wait to meet with finance manager. I was asked by several employees, if I needed anything. Heritage was having a holiday party and I was offered food and more coffee. Angus kept checking in with me. Travis, in finance, was efficient and friendly. Once I had my vehicle home, my husband noticed a crack in the front bumper. He called Angus and he worked with my husband to fix the problem. Toyota ordered a new part and is fixing the crack. Very impressed with the customer service. Angus was in contact with my husband several times and we are happy customers. I will definitely recommend Angus and Heritage to my friends and family. The only negative comment is that even after Heritage completed a detailing of the vehicle, when Angus was going over features inside, we found cereal and dirty cup holders. That is an area that needs improvement. More

I work in customer service and that was an excellent example of true customer service. I have had my first two appts. for my new Rav 4 (which I am loving!) and each time, the people from the receptionist to the rep to the shuttle person have been so kind and considerate. One of my least favorite things to do is to spend time waiting for my car to be worked on, but Heritage employees have changed that mindset. More

I have always been satisfied with Heritage and this experience was no different. Everyone I dealt with was polite, welcoming and professional. The salesman who helped us ( I was accompanied by my wife and 16 year old son) was Adam Stoner. I can't say enough kind words about Adam. I went to the dealership thinking I knew what I wanted. However, I found that was not the case once I got there. Adam was knowledgable and patient. He brought out numerous cars for me to test and was able to answer all of the questions that I had for each one. The entire process from start to finish took about 7 hours. Adam was thoroughly professional and just plain nice throughout the whole process. I walked out of Heritage happy with the choice that I had made and feeling that I had been treated really well. You really can't do any better than that. You won't go wrong buying from Heritage and if you happen to get Adam Stoner as a salesman you can feel confident that you will be treated right. More

Excellent Experience We were apprehensive having dealt with another dealership for our last 3 cars. We met Angus out on the sidewalk and his friendly hello was welcoming. We waited a week, quite busy with holiday schedules, received a call from him and it was obvious he wanted our business. We returned and bought our 1st Toyota and so far it is great. We are seniors and are a little overwhelmed by all the technology, even though Jeremy (tech person ) was very patient and re-assured us to take our time to get familiar and we were told to come back anytime for more education.
