Amazing I had a almost impossible situation with a car that wasn't worth as much as I owed and a family that had outgrown it. JT Treichler was understanding and worked hard to make it happen. He kept me informed and was always pleasant. We discussed many options and I had him run numerous situations for me. In the end we picked the one that was right for my family and I. After we were all set JT Treichler set up as much of the closing process prior to my family's arrival so we could be in and out as fast as we could be. Having 4 small children it's hard to keep them interested in the car buying process. So timing is everything. We arrived we were warmly greeted and in and out. JT did a awesome job of explaining the process of what would happen next. Nick ZaGres did our final paperwork and he was fantastic good with the kids patient fast and Thorough. JT then showed us all of our new vehicles features and made sure we were all set and comfortable before we departed. The end of a long search I had spent several weeks researching vehicles wanting to purchase a new one in my local area. I live in upstate New York and first went to dealers n I had spent several weeks researching vehicles wanting to purchase a new one in my local area. I live in upstate New York and first went to dealers near me. They were not pleasant experiences. I finally used USAA Car Buying service and they were able to link me to several dealerships outside of New York who had cars near what I was looking for. One of those was Heritage Toyota located in Vermont, about 2 hours from me. The price given me through the USAA purchasing service seemed reasonable. I drove over to Burlington and arrived about noon. As a result of the professionalism of my sales representative (Adam Stoner) and his management team I traded in my old vehicle and was out the door headed back to New York with my new car. by late afternoon. The Heritage Team made my car buying a pleasant experience. A big tanks also to Ed Larkin in Internet Sales and Christine Donahue in Finance. Great Job!! I will return again. More

The perfect fit. We already own a tundra and we were uncertain what we wanted for our second vehicle. We knew our Subaru crosstrek was way too small. We spoke with Adam Stoner about possibly trading in for a 4runner based on the size and the back window. However, when it wasn't the perfect match Adam quickly suggested the highlander to fit all our needs which it did and then some. We live 2 hours away and Adam showed nothing but patience and willingness to work with us from that distance. Whether it was the follow up phone calls or email he answered our questions and was always available when we made the drive. It was all around a positive experience.
