I was not given a price in person (even though I asked) since I was considering other options.. After I emailed my request for a complete price, I got a question about color - so I answered. Then I got an email telling me a car payment? I'm spending over $20 K and I have to back into the cost? FINALLY got a breakdown and it didn't even come close to any other dealer in the greater New England area! By over $5 K including all fees! When I told him, I got "This is the first I have heard of any numbers, so I didn't know where I sat...." MY PROBLEM WITH SALES. I have to demonstrate a reason for them to offer an upfront and fair deal? How about start there? In this day and age of being able to request quotes by email (HERITAGE DOES NOT have a link), do your research and get fair price comparisons in the area. All other dealers I got quotes from were completely up front with price, breakdowns and fees. I ended up buying my HONDA almost 100% via email. More

In part, Eleni Floyd, one of their sales people instills a feeling of trust in the quality of their vehicles and the price. She described her motto as wanting to be as straight forward and truthful as she can be to foster positive relationships so people will return in the future. Clearly, her approach is working! She is excellent! Another thing I must mention is that I went into the dealership with three children under the age of seven (Yes, I know I'm crazy!) The staff was awesome and tolerated kids running around the show room, letting loose their balloons, and animated "talking" for several hours. They never showed frustration and tried to accommodate as best they could. It was greatly appreciated! More
