Poor sale person equals No Sales Angus was pushy and very unknowledgeable about the Toyota product with little knowledge about lease programs. I had been to two dealerships in the area in the past couple weeks, and everyone was just too much for me and my wife. Zack was much more helpful, while letting us drive the process, and was respectful that we had our kids and not a lot of time on our hands. We test drove a couple, he showed us a third that wasn't even on our radar. We drove it impromptu, everyone loved it, but we had to run. He was fine with that, and repsonded immediately when I inquired for more info just a couple hours later. We bought the car that afternoon, and we're psyched! Wouldn't have been so easy if not for Zack's laid back approach. He sensed our needs and met us there, much appreciated!! More

Worth the drive!!! My quest to replace my Highlander started last summer. I did the usual things, I drove through the local dealership lots, talked to some salespeople, My quest to replace my Highlander started last summer. I did the usual things, I drove through the local dealership lots, talked to some salespeople, and searched online. Every time I found something I liked it was gone before I could check it out. This failed search ended when I went into my local dealership whom I had purchased the Highlander from and told them what I was looking for. When they laughed at me and said no way I walked out the door and will never return. When telling a friend this story he reminded me that Chuck had switched to selling Toyota's so I made the call. Yesterday I made the six hour round trip to pick up my new 4Runner TRD premium! Well worth the wait and the miles to get it. Everyone I dealt with at Heritage was great, my only regret was that I didn't call Chuck sooner.
