Great cars. Great service. I just purchased my 2nd 4Runner at Heritage Toyota. The 1st was back in 2004, and it went in for every maintenance service, also to Heritage, from the I just purchased my 2nd 4Runner at Heritage Toyota. The 1st was back in 2004, and it went in for every maintenance service, also to Heritage, from the day it was delivered until the day I traded it in, last week, for a new one. Particular kudos to Ryan (in Service), as well as their technicians/Sevice for keeping my last one in such great shape for 14 years, and to Roger Patterson (Sales) who made the purchasing experience for my new 4Runner a pleasant and educative one. He was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car he showed us. He reviewed the colors of the vehicle that would be available. When we had questions, he was able to answer them all. We decided to NOT buy a 2018 Camry as they have done away with most of the features that we love about our 2011 Camry. We did NOT like the following: the 'cockpit' style seat surround, the fewer storage spaces, the lowered height of the car from the ground, the front of the car, the colors available - all too dark - I want a fun, light color! We DID like the trunk space. The opening was more accessible, and they have done away with the semi-shield that we have towards the back of our trunk in our 2011 Camry. Derek was also well versed with any 'deals' that were available. However, at this time, we did not feel there were that many. More

This time I worked with Marc Hallida I recently bought a certified used Toyota Rav 4. This was the second vehicle I purchased through Heritage Toyota. This time I worked with Marc Halliday. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. What I really appreciated about Marc was he listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, including my price point. He didn't try to up sell me into a vehicle that was out of my budget. Once I found the vehicle I wanted, I worked with Christine Donahue in the finance department. She worked hard to find me the lowest interest rate loan available. I highly recommend Hertiage Toyota! More
