One a whim I decided to tell my husband that when i got out of work we would take the hour+ drive up to heritage as a last ditch effort to find our new car. I had called and spoke with Marc Halliday before leaving. When we arrived Marc had vehicles ready for us to test drive, he answered all of our questions (even the silly ones) with professionalism. We chose a beautiful 201y sienna to talk price about. Marc worked with us to find a trade in value we accepted and a price on the sienna we felt was more than fair. I loved my experience at heritage and I loved working with Marc! More

We used a vehicle adaptive grant from the va and he jumped through all the hoops the va put in front of him so we could leave there that day with the car we wanted. Pleasant experience buying a car I had a wonderful experience with Lazarus Koep, and ended up purchasing a used Prius V that I've been very happy with. Lazarus listened to my preferences and worked to find something on the lot that matched them. He didn't try to upsell or convince me to go above my budget, and was responsive to my inquiries. He asked pertinent questions, and didn't waste my time. He was flexible in allowing test drives that fit my schedule and need to be in the car for an extended period of time to see how it would work with my back. Haggling over the price wasn't fun; but it never is. And that happened with someone other than Laz. I don't intend to buy another car anytime soon; but when I finally have to, I expect I'll check out what Heritage has. More
