A few weeks ago my father and I went into Heritage Toyota to meet with Chuck Heingartner; I knew ahead of time that I was interested in a Rav4 but I d A few weeks ago my father and I went into Heritage Toyota to meet with Chuck Heingartner; I knew ahead of time that I was interested in a Rav4 but I didn't know if I wanted to purchase the new model, or the older. Chuck was SO helpful as we began our search (did I mention we showed up three days ahead of our meeting and he didn't mind at all?). Not only did he easily lay out all of the new model features but he wasn't pushing a new car vs a used car on us at all. We test drove cars all day long, and at one point Chuck even let us take a car out to lunch so we could really get the feel for it. Ultimately we went with the 2019 model and we are LOVING it. We definitely won't be needing a new car for a while thanks to the reliability of Toyota but when we do, we'll definitely go back to Chuck! More

Refreshing I do all my service needs for our two Toyota’s Heritage!! I have a new Tundra, the rear turn signal was flashing faster than normal! I discovered the I do all my service needs for our two Toyota’s Heritage!! I have a new Tundra, the rear turn signal was flashing faster than normal! I discovered the bulb was out. Further investigation found that the assembly was loose, further investigation on my part was that the tail light assembly wasn’t attached, the tabs were broken on the inside. There was absolutely no evidence that the assembly had been hit! I was worried that I would have to pay for the assembly. I brought the Tundra in for the first service and explained the situation to Ryan, one of the service advisors, he was perplexed also. A gentle from the back ( Toby)came out to look and agreed that there was no evidence that the lense had been hit. He said “we will cover that!” I was more than just surprised! This is only one of the examples, I have encountered. This is why I bring all my vehicles service needs to Heritage Toyota! All The service people have a genuine concern for my service needs and have a pleasant way of showing it!!! Way to go guys!! You’re the best!!! JohnnyBBQ More
