I walked in on Tuesday, looked at the numbers, went home to think about them, emailed him the next day, and went in to finish the paperwork on Thursday. I expected to do the paperwork on Thursday and pickup the car later in the work. The car was ready! This has to be the easiest transaction for a car I've ever had. Extremely disappointed I was left with my mouth hanging open in shock when, after three days negotiating the car price, traveling hours back and forth to the dealership and I was left with my mouth hanging open in shock when, after three days negotiating the car price, traveling hours back and forth to the dealership and finally sitting down in front of Jason at his desk beginning the paperwork process, being told the car I was about to buy had already been sold within the last 40 minutes. I could not believe they sold the car out from under me. On top of that, Jason allowed me to just walk out of there without any further discussion about perhaps looking at another car on the lot or what he could do for me. Extremely poor service. More
