Great Experience Buying Tacoma Off Road I dealt with Chucky from Stowe at Heritage. I found him to be open, honest and friendly. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted when I walked in a I dealt with Chucky from Stowe at Heritage. I found him to be open, honest and friendly. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted when I walked in and he didn't try to upsell me into a higher end Tacoma Pro. He took his time to help me understand the differences between 2 packages (Off Road and Sport) and was honest about what he thought was a good value/bad value - which tied out with what my independent research had found. He's the opposite of a pushy salesman - he's there when you need him, but doesn't try to push you. When it came time to negotiate price - it wasn't a miserable experience and I thought he was very honest with me. I would HIGHLY recommend him. On top of that, he's fun and my wife and I enjoyed the time we spent with him. More
