I came into the dealership already knowing what I wanted for the most part. Joe was amazing at answering any questions I had about the vehicle and made me feel like I made the right choice! Had another great experience with Frankie Heritage Toyota. We contacted several dealerships in pursuit of our Toyota Sie Heritage Toyota! They were kind, helpful, responsive, pro-active, and not pushy at all. We contacted several dealerships in pursuit of our Toyota Sienna, and there was a marked difference in the way Heritage Toyota treated us and how they handled our questions and requests.
