Then the quick response to my inquiry was remarkable. They gave me options to text, email or call in to set up an appointment. I worked with Vlad, who was very laid back, helpful, informative and very quick to respond to any communications. I found him to be a very good listener whose main goal was to get me in the right car. The process of buying the car was smooth and well organized. Though it was a very busy day (Saturday) and Vlad was requested by other customers, I never felt that I was being ignored or neglected. Erika in Finance was also wonderful to work with. Personable and also a good listener. It felt great to drive off the lot with the car I wanted, paying a price that I felt was very reasonable (I think the trade in value they gave my old car was generous), and with a good feeling about the dealership. I dealt principally with George Jermstad, the general sales manager, who was quite accommodating and offered me what I thought was a fair deal for my trade and the new vehicle. I took delivery that same day. Even though this dealership was not in my immediate area, I was very pleased with how I was treated throughout my time there especially by Mr. Jermstad and would definitely recommend a visit by anyone interested in a new Toyota.
