Harvey was great. He was friendly and helpful. Sales/finance manager really pushed gap coverage, dent coverage etc... and didn't seem happy when I declined. I just purchased a certified pre-owned, one owner, 2005 Subaru Outback Impreza Sport, with 29,000 and some miles/clean and well maintained. I have always had Hondas but what changed my mind was this. I went skiing in Vermont in December and our family and friends rented a cabin and the couple the cabin was rented from had some friends and relatives visit/ their cabin was near ours and I could see they had Subaru's. We were deep in the mountains, nothing up their but winding roads and snow duringthat time of the year. I got back to Baltimore and said I really want one of those, so when I go back I can drive up there in a 4WD vehicle. I got on line and started searching. Joel was very friendly and professional. All the sales reps were as well. Joel was even nice enough to have the bumper repainted and it looked brand new. I know I got a great deal and he worked with me regarding the financing and so did Rebecca Day/Business Manager. Thank you both.
