I visited a number of dealers but when I walked into Heritage, everyone was so friendly and I felt at ease. They helped me make a decision without feeling pressured and the deal I got was very fair. I had shopped around for the same car with same equipment and their price was lower right off the bat. I drove off that night with the car and piece of mind that my life was getting back to normal. I would definitely recommend this dealer and Dan Fisher to my family and friends. More
Great all around. We just moved from San Francisco the day before we bought the car. Bob was very easy to work with. I like that he did not pressure us to make a sale that day. I was in the market to buy something new but did not know what type of car I wanted. I originally saw the Subaru Legacy at a dealership closer to my home and the salespeople were very pushy and called and l what type of car I wanted. I originally saw the Subaru Legacy at a dealership closer to my home and the salespeople were very pushy and called and left messages non -stop...even though I told them I was looking at a variety of models and that if I did go with Subaru I would contact them. After investigating a discount program my work offers I was put in contact with the Owings Mill dealership. Bob Fisher contacted me and explained how the discount program worked and offered to show me the model and answer questions. For me buying a new vehicle was a long process because I did not really need one...I just wanted something new. I told Bob up front that I did not want to rush into buying something...I like checking out prices and doing my own analysis. Bob was a great person to work with. He was not pushy, always sent me updates on special financing deals going on and made a point to keep me in the loop if a car came into the inventory with the features I was looking for. After a year long process I finally made the decision to buy. This dealership is not close to my house but I liked working with Bob so much that I wanted to give him my sale. He actually wanted me to be comfortable with my purchase and said so on many occasions. I would highly recommend Bob to my friends if they are in the market for a new car. No problem at Heritage Hyundai: I explained that I was early in the process, but just wanted to try it out. We were met before we even got to the front door and driving in less than 5 minutes. I plan to go back to the Hyundai salesman to give him a chance to match the best internet price if I decide on a Hyundai. At Heritage Subaru, I signed up a $25 gift card offer, which caused them to call and email me almost daily until I asked to be taken off the list. Initially he would not even let me drive a car because I was early in the process, instead putting me in a parked car that must have been over 100 degrees parked in the hot sun. After about half an hour, I was allowed to drive one. He took down my address and he said that he would mail the $25 gift card. It's been over a month, and I didn't get it. The gift card offer seems to be a scam: "get $25 free with purchase of a $20k car." More

I can tell you that Bob Fisher is one of the most accomplished salespeople I have encountered i regional sales manager for a major chemical company. I can tell you that Bob Fisher is one of the most accomplished salespeople I have encountered in quite awhile. He has the most natural, easygoing, yet attentive sales approach. He handled every aspect of the sales transaction smoothly, even an unforseen mechanical problem with the car. He has that rare gift of making it feel as though the customer is not dealing with a typical "pressuring" salesperson, but instead someone who is on "their team." in trying to obtain a new vehicle. Classy guy. Also, the service department at the dealership was also top notch and quickly handled both the unforseen mechanical problem and 2 of my service-related requests. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I searched for my vehicle online and requested more info on the car I was interested in. I marked down the customer service because of a mix-up with the salespeople. I was talking to Erik Stafford via email and had an appointment with him. Imagine my surprise when I arrived, asked for him by name, and got a series of confused looks. "Erik? Isn't he on vacation? Let me check around." Sure enough, the salesperson who MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME had never planned on being there. Nice. The other internet sales representative (I don't remember his name) sat down with us, showed us the car, and accompanied me on the test drive but handed us off to Bill Harris so he could keep another appointment. Bravo! This gentlemen, Bill Harris, and Kim White all deserve high marks. Erik Stafford? Not so much. More
