Everyone in the dealership, as a whole, was very accommodating. After an unfortunate accident where my car was totaled, I was in the market for a new car. As a result of my injuries, I was in no mood to shop and just wanted to get down to it. I visited a number of dealers but when I walked into Heritage, everyone was so friendly and I felt at ease. They helped me make a decision without feeling pressured and the deal I got was very fair. I had shopped around for the same car with same equipment and their price was lower right off the bat. I drove off that night with the car and piece of mind that my life was getting back to normal. I would definitely recommend this dealer and Dan Fisher to my family and friends. More

I was in the market to buy something new but did not know what type of car I wanted. I originally saw the Subaru Legacy at a dealership closer to my home and the salespeople were very pushy and called and l what type of car I wanted. I originally saw the Subaru Legacy at a dealership closer to my home and the salespeople were very pushy and called and left messages non -stop...even though I told them I was looking at a variety of models and that if I did go with Subaru I would contact them. After investigating a discount program my work offers I was put in contact with the Owings Mill dealership. Bob Fisher contacted me and explained how the discount program worked and offered to show me the model and answer questions. For me buying a new vehicle was a long process because I did not really need one...I just wanted something new. I told Bob up front that I did not want to rush into buying something...I like checking out prices and doing my own analysis. Bob was a great person to work with. He was not pushy, always sent me updates on special financing deals going on and made a point to keep me in the loop if a car came into the inventory with the features I was looking for. After a year long process I finally made the decision to buy. This dealership is not close to my house but I liked working with Bob so much that I wanted to give him my sale. He actually wanted me to be comfortable with my purchase and said so on many occasions. I would highly recommend Bob to my friends if they are in the market for a new car.
