My Family has been buying cars from Joel Becker at Heritage since the late 1990's. He is the first person any of us would call when cosidering a new vehicle. Joel and the team at Heritage Subaru VW are efficint, straightforward, and have never given me the hard sell. I was able to get my trade appraised quickly, and when we closed the deal there was no back and forth-I knew I got a good deal. I would love to buy my next car from Mr. Becker but I hope by the time my new Subaru dies Joel is retired! More

We had sub-optimal experience with several other dealerships in MD and PA and finally received a recommendation from a friend who works for Subaru in Philadelphia to try Heritage Subaru and to ask specifically for Bob Fisher. We spoke to Bob in June and knew then that when the time came for us to be able to purchase another vehicle we would be sure to use Heritage Subaru. Bob's gentle, sincere and unassuming manner was so refreshing given our other experiences. He truly listened to us and processed with us without us feeling pressured or our concerns insignificant. We are very pleased with our purchase and although we spent more than we anticipated it supports our philosophy, "too poor to buy cheap". We believe we have purchased a quality vehicle with superb safety and durability and look forward to taking care of it into our retirement years:) Thanks again Bob. I shopped around at other dealerships but was given the best price from Mile One and that ALWAYS determines where I purchase my car from. The side moldings I wanted on my 2011 Outback are not yet available so that was a disappointment, but not the fault of the dealership. I saw the moldings on the Subaru site which said they'd be available late fall, but I guess the end of Oct. wasn't late fall enough. More
