My wife and I went out on Memorial Day just to look at cars to get an idea of what we might want in the future, as my car was on its last leg. We had heard only good things about the Subaru car line and cars to get an idea of what we might want in the future, as my car was on its last leg. We had heard only good things about the Subaru car line and were interested in the outback b/c the wife wanted a wagon, and I wanted a cool car. In comes my salesman NORM!!! Was a great guy to deal with. We walked on the lot at 4:30 not knowing they were trying to wrap things up around 5:00 for the holiday. Didnt matter to NORM. We went on one hell of a test drive. Never thought I would be doing high speed donuts ever with the wife in the car. But NORM said it was okay and showed me how to do them first. Needless to say we purchased the vehicle (Not the one we test drove). We recieved a fair price for the car as well for my trade that I brought in. We wrapped up the deal around 8:30. Not at anytime thru the process did anyone make mention or seem annoyed that we kept them wayyyyy past closing on a Holiday. Good experience, Love the car. Hope to not have to buy anything in the near future but definetly would go back to Heritage. Definetly would see NORM!!!!!! More

He understood my perspective in what I was looking for in a vehicle and made every effort to find a vehicle that met my needs. He presented a clear orientation to the new vehicle. Kim was very thorough and business like in presenting and explaining all of the documents that went into completing the sale on paper. She was responsible for selling me the 3 year service policy. The dealership advertised a great price on a 2010 Subaru Forester with a manual transmission. Unfortunately it was sold before I could get there. I also got a fair price on my trade in. They did not pressure me or give me the run around. I hope that my next car purchase will be as enjoyable. More
