I marked down the customer service because of a mix-up with the salespeople. I was talking to Erik Stafford via email and had an appointment with him. Sure enough, the salesperson who MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME had never planned on being there. Nice. The other internet sales representative (I don't remember his name) sat down with us, showed us the car, and accompanied me on the test drive but handed us off to Bill Harris so he could keep another appointment. Bravo! This gentlemen, Bill Harris, and Kim White all deserve high marks. Erik Stafford? Not so much. More
