He worked with me to set the price via email and even corrected my email when I transposed numbers that would have been in favor of the dealership. The financier (Kim Kane) wrote the paperwork, which was lot, quickly and efficiently. While being as cordial as can be. Truly a pleasurable experience. More

My wife and I visited several other dealerships in the area before going to Heritage. The other dealerships were not helpful, rude and even disrespectful. One even told me I needed to step up and buy thei area before going to Heritage. The other dealerships were not helpful, rude and even disrespectful. One even told me I needed to step up and buy their car. At that point, my wife and I stepped out. We were even thinking that this type of negative attitude was just a Subaru thing. We were even reconsidering buying a Subaru all together because we did want to deal with dealerships that treated their customers that way. We visited Heritage as a last ditch effort and were pleasantly surprise that it was a completely different story at Heritage. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain to us the benefits of owning a Subaru. Our sales representative, Harvey was pleasant, not pushy and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us a great deal and we purchased our Subaru that night. I can say, so far we are very happy with our decision and love our new SUV. I cannot say enough about how friendly and professional everyone is at the dealership. I would highly recommend them and would suggest you skip all of the dealerships and go to Heritage where you will be treated with respect. More

Joel made a great first impression, given my wife and I a fantastic test drive that gave us a lot to think about. We went in to see the Legacy, but hadn't been really seriously considering it against the Toyota or the Honda. Joel pointed out so many great benefits of the Legacy, but let me explore a lot too. When I was ready to buy, Joel and Jay worked with me to meet my needs, and I left feeling confident in the vehicle I was getting and the price I was paying. Jay is honest and direct, and I trust him, which is a big deal when you are making a major purchase of a vehicle. Working with their finance department was a snap. The rep was professional, fast and efficient, and made sure it all made sense. From a run down of how to use my new Legacy, to information about the maintenance, the service department, and even taking pictures for me of my new car, Heritage Subaru made me feel like a VIP. Others at the dealership were equally as personable. Although they were very busy on 1/22/11,they checked on us frequently to make sure we were comfortable when we had to wait.
