My wife and I went out on Memorial Day just to look at cars to get an idea of what we might want in the future, as my car was on its last leg. Was a great guy to deal with. We walked on the lot at 4:30 not knowing they were trying to wrap things up around 5:00 for the holiday. Didnt matter to NORM. We went on one xxxx of a test drive. Never thought I would be doing high speed donuts ever with the wife in the car. But NORM said it was okay and showed me how to do them first. Needless to say we purchased the vehicle (Not the one we test drove). We recieved a fair price for the car as well for my trade that I brought in. We wrapped up the deal around 8:30. Not at anytime thru the process did anyone make mention or seem annoyed that we kept them wayyyyy past closing on a Holiday. Good experience, Love the car. Hope to not have to buy anything in the near future but definetly would go back to Heritage. Definetly would see NORM!!!!!! More
