Joel made a great first impression, given my wife and I a fantastic test drive that gave us a lot to think about. We went in to see the Legacy, but hadn't been really seriously considering it against the Toyota or the Honda. Joel pointed out so many great benefits of the Legacy, but let me explore a lot too. When I was ready to buy, Joel and Jay worked with me to meet my needs, and I left feeling confident in the vehicle I was getting and the price I was paying. Jay is honest and direct, and I trust him, which is a big deal when you are making a major purchase of a vehicle. Working with their finance department was a snap. The rep was professional, fast and efficient, and made sure it all made sense. From a run down of how to use my new Legacy, to information about the maintenance, the service department, and even taking pictures for me of my new car, Heritage Subaru made me feel like a VIP. Jay helped close the deal and was great. They had the exact car I wanted and I purchased the car the same day the Ravens lost to the Steelers (bummer). I have driven the car a few times and it handles great. Can't wait to take it out in the snow. More

I am a repeat customer of Heritage Subaru. My recent Forester purchase is yet another pleasant experience with Heritage. Our family now owns 2 Imprezas (2004, 2008) and a 2011 Forester; all purchased f Forester purchase is yet another pleasant experience with Heritage. Our family now owns 2 Imprezas (2004, 2008) and a 2011 Forester; all purchased from Heritage Subaru. I have been pleased with both the sales and service aspects of the dealership. Feel the Love! Mostly via the Internet, I compared several makes and models comparable to the Subaru Forester. As I settled on the Forster X Limited, I began looking for a good price. Late one night I requested an Internet price on a stock Forester via Heritage's website and promptly received an email contact from Eric Stafford. Over the next several days Mr. Stafford showed great customer attention while not being a pushy salesman. I visited the dealership on a Sunday and found that the stock vehicle I was considering had been sold the night before (that was my risk in not having decided earlier to purchase). Mr. Stafford worked with me to locate another stock vehicle nearby which turned out to be an even better fit for me with the options already installed. After solidifying my satisfaction with the Forester through a test drive, I committed to the deal with Eric. Eric confirmed the vehicle availability the next day. I asked for the addition of a towing package and we quickly arrived at a price. I took delivery just a couple of days later; the tow package installed in time for delivery. The completion of paperwork, explanation of vehicle features and other aspects of closing the deal were done very professionally and congenially. I look forward to many more years of pleasant dealings with Heritage and will certainly look to them for future car purchases. My bonus comment: I am an environmental management professional with Constellation Energy and I appreciate the efforts of companies like Subaru which have operations and products consistent with "sustainability" concepts. Subaru does very well balancing the triple bottom line; economic aspects (product price and reliability), environmental aspects (low emissions and high mileage vehicles, zero waste focus in manufacturing), and social aspects (great vehicle safety and convenience features in a beautiful design, customer satisfaction with buying and servicing, partnerships with non-profits including Share the Love event).
