I went to heritage Subaru with a printout of a car I saw online. I had looked at one other subaru at another dealership and wanted to checkout everything before i made my decision. I was met in the lot by Anthony Pitts he was very friendly and professional and immediately showed me the car I had the printout for. Anthony asked if I would like to test drive the car and I did. Anthony explained everything about the car in detail and was very knowledgable. When we arrived back at the dealership Anthony took us to his desk and I told Anthony what my budget was and he presented my offer to the manager. I felt the counter offer was good and I purchased the car. We were then turned over to Kim Kane the Financing Manager, she was very friendly and professional also and made the entire process painless and got me a great Interest rate. Took my 2007 Forrester in for routine service. The safety inspection indicated that I needed front brakes - no complaints at 42,500 miles. Heritage has a nice waiting room with TV and High Speed Internet - complimentary coffee (which is like dishwater) and sodas. Fortunately there's a Starbucks a block away - an easy walk. More

After our time with him, we were sent to Gordon James, the business manager for final paperwork and financing and we enjoyed laughs, casual talk, and of course business. I think we all have our guard up when we go to buy a car, but they made it as pressureless as possible. I learned that it is important to research a particular car beforehand because the marked price at the dealership is not always the same price they list on their website. All in all, without wanting to complain about the small stuff, I appreciate their hard work and kindness towards a couple who just wanted a reliable family car for our new baby! More

I stopped in Heritage one day just to look at Foresters but they didnt have any in a manual transmission. I also wasnt quite ready to buy. A week ago i stopped in to see by chance if a 5 speed came in. One happened to have arrived that morning. It was just what i was looking for: Subaru Forester, Premium package, all weather package, light gray interior and of course 5 speed! Silvio (aka Doc) was very accomidating in showing me the vehicle and they even let me test drive it on the lot because i cant drive on the road with the restricted liscense i unforetunetly have. Doc even drove it for me to my work lot. Since purchasing it Doc has followed up as he promised to make sure everything is ok with the vehicle. He found out for me how to turn off the beeping from locking and unlocking the doors. Overall- everyone i worked with or talked to at Heritage Subaru has been very. More
