Exceeded my expectations I visited Heritage Subaru in Owings Mills about 2 weeks ago because I heard I could get a great deal here and good service. I was greeted by Timothy, I visited Heritage Subaru in Owings Mills about 2 weeks ago because I heard I could get a great deal here and good service. I was greeted by Timothy, and he did not disappoint. He was very helpful and worked with me to get a great deal on my trade-in and an even better deal on an Outback, the only problem was that I had to wait 8-12 weeks for the new car. Surprise, surprise...the car came in 2 weeks!! I am so happy and would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Ask for Timothy! More

Incredible salesman service Santos was persistant (in a positive way) and did all he could to negotiate the price to make it attractive to purchase. As painless as car buying can be. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable-- I worked with Jon Waugh. Josh had me test drive the Forester and I fell in love with it. He was very nice, understanding of my wants and needs and definitely got me into a vehicle that meets my requirements. Not too pushy, but very knowledgable. I was very satisfied with what they gave me for my trade and how quick Greg and Mason had all of the paperwork done. I also got to meet Bill in service and he was very helpful with answering any questions I had. I love my Forester and will continue to do business with Heritage Subaru.
