I purchased a new Subaru from Heritage a couple weeks ago, and the process was very pleasant. I was looking for a specific model that wasn't on the lot, but Jay informed me that one was en route to the d ago, and the process was very pleasant. I was given a estimated price and was able to put a deposit on the car to hold it. In the interim I did a lot of researching on buying a new car (this was my first) and had read some horror stories about customers getting taken advantage of at some Nissan dealerships. I was concerned that when I went to pick up the car, the dealership might try and tack additional fees onto the price since the supply was dwindling due to the tsunami in Japan. When I went in to buy the car, I spoke with Patrick and he was very informative and straightforward. He didn't try to add any additional fees, charges, etc. on the price. He was also well informed on the features of the car and he genuinely appreciated the product he was selling. I had gotten preapproved for a loan through my credit union, and while Pat and I were discussing the financing Jay chimed in and said he could save me a full point on my APR loan by financing through Subaru. When it came time to pay, I spoke with Kim and she was helpful as well. She was patient while I read through all of the forms and answered any questions I had. While waling over the car, I noticed some tape residue on the car (the car was taped up to prevent damage in transit). Pat invited me to bring the car in so the detailer could remove the residue free of charge. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I felt very secure in my dealings and would recommend them to other potential buyers. More

I went to heritage Subaru with a printout of a car I saw online. I had looked at one other subaru at another dealership and wanted to checkout everything before i made my decision. I was met in the lot by Anthony Pitts he was very friendly and professional and immediately showed me the car I had the printout for. Anthony asked if I would like to test drive the car and I did. Anthony explained everything about the car in detail and was very knowledgable. When we arrived back at the dealership Anthony took us to his desk and I told Anthony what my budget was and he presented my offer to the manager. I felt the counter offer was good and I purchased the car. We were then turned over to Kim Kane the Financing Manager, she was very friendly and professional also and made the entire process painless and got me a great Interest rate. Took my 2007 Forrester in for routine service. The safety inspection indicated that I needed front brakes - no complaints at 42,500 miles. Heritage has a nice waiting room with TV and High Speed Internet - complimentary coffee (which is like dishwater) and sodas. Fortunately there's a Starbucks a block away - an easy walk. More
