I visited Heritage Subaru to purchase my 3rd Subaru. It was time to replace my 1998 OBW (211,500+ miles). Salesman Dan Fisher was outstanding! It's a fantastic car! I had a minor issue with the interior after delivery. Jay and the Service Department (Harry & Bill)resolved my issue immediately. So far, my relationship with Heritage Subaru has been excellent. I would recommend Heritage Subaru to anyone in the market for a new car. After a horrible experience at Russell, Heritage was a breath of fresh air. No pressure, knowledgeable staff. I had a great experience with this dealership and with Dan Fisher buying my first new used car. As I was the first to call on a recently acquired 2005 Outback it had not even been through Maryland inspect Dan Fisher buying my first new used car. As I was the first to call on a recently acquired 2005 Outback it had not even been through Maryland inspection or detailing, but Dan let me check it out on the lot as it was so I could stake my claim. He was on top of letting me know when it was done with inspection so I could come in and test drive and make my final decision. He also went above and beyond and got it detailed 3 days sooner than scheduled so I could take it home before the weekend. Dan was also great on the financing aspect of buying this car (and he put up with my big brother's haggling techniques quite well!). I am very pleased with my new ride and my experience at Heritage. I would highly recommend Heritage if anyone is looking for a used car. When I can afford a brand new Outback Heritage will be my stop! More

Overall, we had a great experience. We called ahead and spoke to a salesperson to make sure that the car we wanted was available.
