So, I took the Forester for a test drive and I was sold! Dan treated me with kindness and the utmost respect the second I walked through the door. The whole car buying process was new to me, and I was a little skeptical that I would be harassed the second I gave someone my phone number. This was not the case and I found my very first new car buying experience was the complete opposite, a PLEASURE, mostly because of Dan (and the other fine folks at Subaru). He spent a lot of time with me and answered any questions I had, never being pushy or too forward. I never felt rushed or pressured, he was always attentive and in the end offered me a price I could not refuse. When I emailed him or called him with questions, he responded immediately in a very professional manner. I even had an issue with my toddlers car seat and the finance guy, Jay offered to call a certified professional right there on the spot to help me. I've already had 2 people stop me in the parking lot to tell me how "sharp" the car is, and one man stopped me today and told me he and his wife both owned Subaru's and they were great cars (they were on their 4th and said they last FOREVER). I love, love love my Forester!!!!! I seriously felt like Dan and the rest of the crew at Heritage were family after this experience. They were so helpful and laid back that I honestly feel like if I was in the area, I'd stop by just to say hi. They will make you feel that loved and comfortable! I was very impressed when Dan spoke up when initial paperwork was being filled out and it was questioned by another male member of the sales team as to whether or not my name should be included first on the contract/paperwork. Dan spoke up right away (before I could) and said yes, Mrs. Palmer's name should be listed first, then her husband. We also felt the finance rep did a nice job presenting our options. Lastly, another sales rep by the name of Anthony was very personable as well. He ensured our vehicle was cleaned, new plates on when Dan had to leave and again, asked if we had any questions. I took my car for an oil change this morning. I had previously made an appointment. As in the past I was greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. During the service write up I was informed that there was a recall on 2010 Subaru Outback to reset a computer and that the service would be performed while I was there and wouldn't require another appointment. The work was performed in a timely manner (the service was completed sooner than expected). The service writers area was clean and well maintained. The waiting room is inviting, well lit and clean. My experience on this visit, as well as those in the past, was exceptional. I would highly recommend Heritage Subaru's Service Department. More

From the time I made the phone call asking about the car to the time I got to the dealership, it was as smooth as possible. I was at the dealership, and driving home all in just under 2 hours. I also want to say that the prep of the car was very well done, it has a nice coat of wax on it and is holding up well to all the pollen and bugs that this time of year brings. Overall, a 10/10.
