We went in the same day and drove it home the same say, all within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I was impressed with the experience and Anthony was VERY friendly, called our insurance company, and even showed us how to work the Blue tooth feature on the car. (I usually dread the negotiating part and was glad that was something we did prior to arriving, so that made the day more enjoyable.) There were no hidden fees and everything was explained prior to the final paperwork. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was the final paperwork where the extra warranty items are pushed. Although, I knew it was coming and figured it was just part of buying a car. I declined the extras... and attitudes then sort of changed for a few minutes, but I guess they have to try to make money where possible. I would buy a car from Anthony again....but now I'm out of money. More

No high pressure, just excellent prices and info every time. Jay is a pleasure to work with. My salesman this time was Pat Carney and he was extremely helpful to work with. He demonstrated the many features of my new Subaru, and was very patient with my numerous questions. Pat is a great salesman , very helpful and puts you at ease when making this major purchase. Heritage is the way car buying should be, a very positive experience. NO high pressure, just easy helpful discussions about the Subaru products.I would definitely recommend Heritage Subaru Pat, and Jay for anyone in the market for a new Subaru. More

I feel like something is wrong at this service center. When something terrible happened to my car while it was in their care, I felt as thought I wasn't being treated like a customer with a problem, I fel When something terrible happened to my car while it was in their care, I felt as thought I wasn't being treated like a customer with a problem, I felt like I was being treated as though I WAS the problem. They did fix everything within the month. But the process was drawn out. Certain obvious repairs where missed altogether until I pointed them out. And I had to return to the dealership far too many times because of the overlooked items. More
