It was busy when we arrived but we were still greeted and offered a drink while we waited for a sales person to be available to help us. We were introduced to Santos after a short waiting period and worked to look at a car I had seen on the website. Santos was friendly and helpful during the process without being overbearing. At no time during the process did he try to sell me anything I did not want or need. He helped me to get exactly what I came in for at a price that was reasonable. Other staff members were friendly while we were waiting for pricing and credit. Before I left the dealership Santos made sure the the registration and insurance were in the car for me and the plates were on the vehicle. This made what is normally an annoying process painless. Overall the experience with Santos was fantastic. The only reason for 4 starts instead of 5 for the dealership was because of the final paperwork process. It was very impersonal and rushed. I had to ask to have the explanation of multiple pages repeated because he was mumbling and he didn't seem to care to tell me what all my options were. It seemed like he just wanted me to sign as fast as possible and get out. More

Incredible salesman service Santos was persistant (in a positive way) and did all he could to negotiate the price to make it attractive to purchase. Josh had me test drive the Forester and I fell in love with it. He was very nice, understanding of my wants and needs and definitely got me into a vehicle that meets my requirements. Not too pushy, but very knowledgable. I was very satisfied with what they gave me for my trade and how quick Greg and Mason had all of the paperwork done.
