I had to reschedule the first oil change because of the lack of miles. I had no trouble doing so. I brought my vehicle in about 15 minutes before my appointment. I was received immediately by my advisor, Adam Topolski. He provided an estimate time for completion, showed me the waiting area, and explained the complementary beverages. When the service was complete, he took me to the cashier. The oil change was completed about 10 minutes before the estimate. Along with the complementary oil change, I received a detailed description of work performed, and price, and a multi-point inspection "report card". Overall, it was a pleasant experience. As a reference, I own three other cars (none Subarus); two with over 200,000 miles. More

The end result was that and I got a great price for my car and I am extremely happy with my Outback. Fast forward to today and even though I live In Columbia, Maryland I still get my car Services at the Mile One Imports of Owings Mills, Maryland. They simply provide me with the best service and they are always looking out for my best interest. The Staff and Management team at the Heritage Imports in Owings Mills has Unparalleled Customer Service skills. They let me deicde Its been 13 years since I had a new car, I was sad having to trade in my reliable 4wd. I did a ton of research and knew what I wanted and was not look Its been 13 years since I had a new car, I was sad having to trade in my reliable 4wd. I did a ton of research and knew what I wanted and was not looking forward to dealing with pushy sales people! I started the process online and found a few Legacy's that I wanted to test drive. I went to another dealership before Heritage and it took an hour just to test drive a vehicle, they couldn't find one then they found it but couldn't find the keys. Finally I had my test drive but long story short - it wasn't the car I wanted to see, they had to pull it from another dealership and wanted me to give a 500.00 deposit for them to do it. That was not happening. I went to Heritage and the internet manager hooked me up with Pam! WOW she knows every single thing about these cars! Took me on a test drive and was amazing, I kept trying to figure out what i wanted to do and she never pushed just pointed out pros and cons. I went home to think on it, Came back the next morning and the car I liked was sold but she had pulled another that she thought was perfect for me. I ended up seeing a whole other color (Black) which I had to have. She was going to run the credit for me but I already secured my loan with a great interest rate. She went over every detail of the car. She made sure I got through the process and was happy. - SUBARU - I LOVE HER, Don't let her go ever! !! I have even had great follow-up to ensure I am still happy! I received a welcome email from Subaru and I have to say I honestly was never fond of the Subaru style until this legacy, but now I am totally sold on Subaru. What really reinforced my decision was that Subaru is an avid animal supporter for the ASPCA! I never put the commercials together with the cause! Kudos for you Subaru! That alone sells me on you and PAM made the experience even better! More
A new adventure As I had not purchased a new car in over 25 years, the thought of doing so was a bit daunting. However as I dropped in to check out and test drive a Subaru, the salesman was lowkey and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable about all parts and features of the cars I was looking out. After listening to my specific situation and getting a gauge on my lifestyle he suggested a different model that might be more suitable. After test driving it, it proved to be a joy and had every feature I had on my written wish list made up 6 months prior and more - it was a hybrid. I really had not expected to bring one home that day but did so and after 1 week, it has been fun to drive and a very easy transition. The whole sales experience (though quite long) was pretty painless, much to my surprise and though I was overwhelmed with all the information on the car he gave me and knew I would not remember, it is to his credit that he knew so much about every feature. I am sure this vehicle will last a long time and I would do it again and recommend this dealship to others. More

I remember buying my first car from him at Heritage. Now that he is a manager, I was set up with another consultant to look at vehicles and test drive. Catherine Sparling was the salesperson and was a breath of fresh air. She was knowledge and down to earth. Two weeks after my test drive I decide on the Subaru that I wanted and emailed Greg. Greg responded to my email a day later which I wasn't mad about since people can be busy. Greg found the car I was looking for and had everything worked out before I came back in. Oh and to top it all off Greg was in surgery the day I sent my email to him. That is commitment. Catherine went over my new Crosstrek setting my phone and radio stations and went over the navigation. I'm not to tech savy. lol. More
