I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I purchased a Subaru Legacy from this dealership. My salesman was James Franklin and the finance person was Milton Taylor. Both of them were profes I purchased a Subaru Legacy from this dealership. My salesman was James Franklin and the finance person was Milton Taylor. Both of them were professional and friendly. James was patient and thorough in showing different cars, and Milton worked to find me the best financing package available. In addition to their service the day I purchased the vehicle, James and Milton have taken calls from me and answered questions that I had. I am very pleased with the performance of the car. I highly recommend this dealership and these two gentleman to anyone who is looking for a good car and a good deal! More

Bad experience and will never visit this dealership again I was working on pricing with our salesman after taking the car for a test drive when another salesman came over a got the keys to the car we were get I was working on pricing with our salesman after taking the car for a test drive when another salesman came over a got the keys to the car we were getting ready to purchase. He was leaving someone test drive the same car. While we were discussing financing with the salesman and one of the managers, our salesman came back and told us they just sold the car to the person who test drove it after us. The sales manager then turned around and lied to us saying that they drove the car first. This was not true because the gas tank was empty and our salesman told us we were the first ones to drive this car, there were no miles on the odometer when we took it out for a drive. Needless to say after spending 3 hours with our salesman we were not pleased to hear this. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone and I will never step foot on that lot again. Our salesman Jon was great, it was the management that lost our business. More

BEWARE - Be Prepared To Be Screwed! How much is a reasonable price for an oil change and tire rotation? Certainly NOT 96.00! I took my Subaru that I purchased from this dealership in for How much is a reasonable price for an oil change and tire rotation? Certainly NOT 96.00! I took my Subaru that I purchased from this dealership in for a vehicle recall. While the vehicle was there I requested an oil change and tire rotation along with the "complimentary" vehicle inspection the Advisor said would be performed. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was shocked to find that I was charged 96.00 for the oil change and tire rotation. The service department had already removed the wheels to perform the complimentary inspection however they added a 25.00 charge to put the tires back on the vehicle rotated. Come on..... does it really cost the dealership 25.00 to have a technician *think* where to move the wheels before putting them back on the car? I could understand charging someone to rotate the tires if there was not other work being performed - however since I'm already paying you an inflated price for an oil change the very least you can do is rotate the tires without charging me! More
