1st Time Heritage Owings Mills Visit! My husband & I had a bad experience @ another dealership. We decided to give Owings Mills Heritage Subaru a try. When we googled the dealership....the My husband & I had a bad experience @ another dealership. We decided to give Owings Mills Heritage Subaru a try. When we googled the dealership....there were .a number of great reviews for a sales representative named Jon Waugh. We called him & told him we were going to be coming in to the dealership in 30 minutes & could he help us . We're so glad we did. He was professional, courteous, and kind as well as patient with us. He answered every question we had and offered information we hadn't even thought of on the car we were considering. When we decided to purchase the Subaru Outback....he toured us through the dealership & prepared us for our 1st visit to the showroom & introduced us to the people who will be taking care of us after the sale. Can't say enough good things about him. His mother should be proud...she raised a fine young man. Also, the finance rep was a great guy. His name was Milton and he was also patient & kind as well as knowledgeable. My husband gave him a hard time but he was very respectful & we wound up being so glad we went with financing our vehicle with Heritage. You won't regret dealing with this dealership! More

Purchase of Subaru Forrester I knew the vehicle I wanted and had found it through a car buying service. The vehicle was ready when I arrived and my communications with the dealer I knew the vehicle I wanted and had found it through a car buying service. The vehicle was ready when I arrived and my communications with the dealership were efficient and helpful. The only two issues that I have with my experience is that I already had approved financing and a dealer check ready to go for the purchase of the vehicle and the last part, the talk with the finance folks to get to the point of giving the dealer check took just a bit longer than I anticipated. I think that the staff was busy and the wait was not unreasonable but just a bit long at the end of a long day. Further, I did not notice until I was driving the car home that I did not have a full tank of gas and perhaps that is not provided by the dealer but maybe it should be and the clock on the vehicle and date was not updated-not big issues. Overall, everyone was cordial and easy to work with during this experience. More

We were fairly sure that we wanted to purchase an Outback or a Forester, so we looked at the various models, chose the color and "extras" and were in our new car about a week later once they ordered it and had it delivered. We had no complaints whatsoever, and were impressed also with the detailed briefing we received about how to use the Bluetooth, hands-free phone, GPS and so on. Thank you all for your hard work. More

Great Overall Experience - Excellant Salesman! We hadn't purchased a new car since the early 90's and really didn't know where to begin. So we decided to look at 4-door sedans and small SUV's. We We hadn't purchased a new car since the early 90's and really didn't know where to begin. So we decided to look at 4-door sedans and small SUV's. We checked out Consumer Reports, the Internet, and friends' experiences with different makes of cars. We narrowed it down to two makes and test drove the 4-door sedans and the small SUV's for both makes. The Subaru Legacy and the Forester were more impressive in style, performance and ratings; and we chose the Forester since we never owned a SUV. Our salesman, Santos Mendez, was so helpful and patient - we had loads of questions and wanted to test drive both models on the same night. We never felt rushed and were able to make our decision that night. Santos walked us through the particulars and paper work very nicely. We were happy to have him as our salesman and will recommend him to friends who might be in the market. More
