Easy Buying Service I came into Heritage to check out my third car choice. I was introduced to Santos Mendez and told him what car I was looking for and that I had my ow I came into Heritage to check out my third car choice. I was introduced to Santos Mendez and told him what car I was looking for and that I had my own financing. We took a test drive in the Crosstek and he showed me the car from top to bottom. I explained that I was "just looking" and he worked out the price and I left, not once pushing their financing on me. There was no pressure calls, just checked in once to see if I had any more questions. When I finally decided what I wanted and the color on a Saturday afternoon he found me the car I wanted and stayed late to settle everything. He was a wonderful salesman and made my buying experience great....especially for someone that had not bought a new car in 36 years!! I would definitely recommend him to others!! More

Santos is the best! I had a really positive experience buying a car from this dealership, and in particular working with Santos. I was in a bit of a complicated situatio I had a really positive experience buying a car from this dealership, and in particular working with Santos. I was in a bit of a complicated situation after an accident which was not at all my fault totaled my car, a subaru forester manual transmission-not very common! But due to dealing w insurance issues, I wasnt able to purchase the car right away, and wasnt even sure what I could afford until the insuranse money for the value of my lost vehicle was determined. Herritage had the only manual forester in the area and I wanted it! Im glad I ended up working with Santos because he was so patient with me, and followed up regularly but not the point of being a pest. He also followed through on every promise he gave along the way, and I feel confident I couldn't have gotten a better deal anywherr else. Highly recommend this dealership, and ask for Santos! More
