True Professional I was at the dealership to firm up a deal for my wife's new car and Jon introduced himself to see if he could help me out. To make a long story short I was at the dealership to firm up a deal for my wife's new car and Jon introduced himself to see if he could help me out. To make a long story short he not only helped out with her deal but also sold me a new Outback also. Jon is a consummate salesman and he made the transaction smooth and fast. Jon also was great on showing me all the features available on the 2017 Outback. He answered all my questions without hesitation and impressed me on how knowledgeable he was on the vehicle. Turned out to be a great Subaru experience for both me and my wife. More

Good salesman, bad Manager Worked with Rob Woods, he was friendly and helpful, took a few test drives and started on a price. The car I was looking at did not have an exceptiona Worked with Rob Woods, he was friendly and helpful, took a few test drives and started on a price. The car I was looking at did not have an exceptional deal (Forester XT MSRP 36k) That was being offered for 34k. It was a very normal price that I was not impressed with. When assessing my trade they proceeded to offer me 5k for it (kbb listed at 6.5k to 7.5k) I had to haggle just to get 6k, but they would not budge on the price of the trade or the car. So I spoke with the manager who proceeded to insult my car and Nissan Motor Company. After another day of messaging wirth the salesman they offered me a whopping 300 dollar discount which I still declined. Salesmen are decent guys (at least Rob is) But the man who was the manager was not enjoyable to work with at all. More
