Knowledgeable and not pushy I had been dealing with Steve in the internet dept, then was told that I needed to transfer to a salesman to finish the deal. I was expecting to be turned over to a pushy salesman that would try to upsell me. I was introduced to Santos and he was great, very helpful. I was set on a base Impreza, no frills. When I realized that I could not get roof rails on the base, he offered me some options. He priced out an upgrade that was in stock with rails and a few other options at a very reasonable cost. There was no pressure and he was very patient while I made my decision. After the sale he went over the car with me in detail. I was very pleased with the how the process went and would recommend Santos and Heritage very highly. More
