She was extremely pleasant and paid the utmost attention to detail. She always had an answer to my questions. One would think she had been selling cars for years. Most of you who will and have dealt with Mei, will notice her yellow notepad she carries with her all the time. She is always paying attention and taking notes to do her best to make sure she notates everything she hears from her customers and questions one might have. If there is something she doesn't have an answer immediately for, she knows who to ask in order to find out what one might need to know. Out of all the sales people I have dealt with over the years from buying cars, Mei has been the most pleasant to work with. The professionalism and integrity Mei exerted was bar none.
