We went in looking to get a car for my fiancée and left with three cars. One for her, one for my mom and one for myself. My fiancée’s car had caught on fire a week and a half ago and it was pretty traumati with three cars. One for her, one for my mom and one for myself. My fiancée’s car had caught on fire a week and a half ago and it was pretty traumatic. The staff at Heritage Subaru and most especially William and Kevin were super compassionate, accommodating and helpful through the whole process. I left there in tears of gratitude for the way they were, and with us all having a new car. It was a surreal experience, and one we will never forget. The reviews are focused on the product with the little mention of the go between to get you into a new vehicle. . .website, staff and responsiveness. I must say that Heritage Subaru gets high marks for quality product and staff. William Hoyt, our sales person, is excellent to deal with. The final process was a little slow due to covid19 social distancing, and he arranged a loaner so we could go home and take care of our dog while we were waiting. Customer compassion goes a long way. We are satisfied with the Forester and all of the attention and follow-up since purchasing. Keep up the good work! More

Trying to keep my costs down, I wanted the base Subaru Forester Premier model, but none were in stock. They were able to find a slightly upgraded model very close in price to the base model. It came with additional safety features that I had not necessarily asked for; HOWEVER, the increase in my insurance premium for the new vehicle was LOWER based on the additional safety features. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience at Heritage Subaru Catonsville. More
