Mr.& Mrs. Watts     Thank you for your purchase of your new vehicle’s on 09/26/2025 from us . At the time of the delivery you chose to have ECP Plus exterior protection / interior protection installed on your vehicles and it was done on 09/26/2025 per your and your husband request . Since then you have spoken to our store manager in January 2026 , whom you yelled at furiously and used foul language and then hung up . In February you spoke to our finance director and she was also was very respectful to you whole conversation but you also were yelling at her none stop and then also hung up on her . Ironically I was in there offices both times when they return your call  ! As they stated ECP plus was installed on your vehicle per your and your husband request , also as a reminder your husband came in after the sale twice and collected extra kits to maintain the new car look which we provided , at no cost to him and he was very thankful and happy with us . So as per our previous conversations , items that you can cancel at any time are extended warranty , maintains , and gap policy and that amount will go towards your loan/lease to reduce your principle amount and does not effect your payments . But things which are applied/installed to your car are non-cancelable!

Again, your dealership keeps an inaccurate record of the events that transpired. The bottom line is that MS. Ashley Richards, who I spoke with one time in January, even agreed that the ceramic packet was not applied to our cars because she offered me to come in again and have it applied. Just yesterday Ms. Mae Farris, the only helpful person at your sales dealership contacted me about the review. She clearly said while it states that we purchased the packet, there is no certain indication it was applied. Ms. Farris clearly stated it takes at least one hour or more for service to apply the packet. Again, we received the cars ten minutes after purchasing the packets. Ms. Farris also agreed the seats would have been damp if the packet had been applied. Our seats were not damp at all. I never spoke with a store manager. I spoke to Ms. Blythe McGarity one week after leasing the cars. I told her the packets were never applied and she said someone would get back to me. No one did. I then spent moths emailing managers and no one returned my email. Yes my husband went iin and spoke to a manager. My husband only received black boxes for stain removal. He was not satisfied. The only other person who spoke to a manager was a customer service representative from the National Subaru agency and she has been emailing me. I sent this whole account to both Mr. Zil Chaudhry and Mr. Paris Tito and Ms. Ashley Richards as a courtesy before submitting my complaint to the Attorney General's Office, Instead of your dealership every apologizing for not applying the packet, you insist on maintaining that you did. Ask Ms. Richards. She clearly offered me to come in to have the packet applied again, which I said was a hardship because my husband is very sick with pulmonary fibrosis. I can get you his pulmonologist to attest to that. You can see he wears oxygen all the time. Surely Ms. Richards would not have offered to have this expensive $2000 packet applied again if she thought we had it already done. You need to clearly better communicate between colleagues and keep your facts straight.

Unfortunately Zil was part of this process and it took me yelling, screaming etc and I was never given the information of who was above him to get assistance. I asked multiple times. Friday afternoon Jonathan did drive a new check to my bank. So that part was resolved by late afternoon on Friday 09/26 but it should have never gotten to this point. This should never ever happen to anyone else.
