Robert Haas allowed me to do via email most of the selecting of our new car. (With the COVID pandemic, we were happy about that.) When I found a car online that had almost all of our desired feature selecting of our new car. (With the COVID pandemic, we were happy about that.) When I found a car online that had almost all of our desired features, he looked into it and assured me it actually had all of the built-in safety features we wanted. He also contacted the factory and discovered there was time to add most of our other desired items there, rather than our needing to spend time later for the service department to add them. (Only a few items would need to be done later, because they were best attached after shipment -- the window air deflectors, for opening the windows while raining.) Thus, in spite of the shortage of cars in 2021, we were able to specify exactly the car we wanted. With most of the details already decided via email, it took less than two hours for our test drive of a similar car, and placing a deposit. On the day of our purchase, Stephen Weaver was very good at going over all the key features of the car. Everyone was friendly, and helpful (including the person doing the final paperwork, and brief contacts with Musa and Min Oh). More
