We would not recommend this dealership. They do not keep their appointments or promised prices and are very deceitful. We had to explain the car we were looking for SEVERAL times even tho They do not keep their appointments or promised prices and are very deceitful. We had to explain the car we were looking for SEVERAL times even though we wanted an extremely simple request - a silver SUV with a second row bench seat. After our initial first appointment (that got canceled a couple of times) the manager apologized for the poor service and said that wouldn't happen again. He said he would step in and help us get a good deal - he wanted another chance. When we finally made an appointment after numerous follow ups, he tried to initially give a price that was higher than what was advertised online and tried to convince us that we were getting a good deal, which was a lie. Until we showed papers that we had from our prior appointment to show the price differential, a different associate came to finally correct the price that was advertised. The manager made no apology. He had a very new sales associate in training (without any other experienced associate) sit with us for almost five hours, while he was doing absolutely nothing. His excuse was that "they were too busy". One print job took at least a half an hour each time, and they kept giving the same incorrect price. In no way did they help us - every attempt to work with them was unduly difficult and time consuming. Also NO BODY showed any basic courtesy to show the basic functions of the car - my daughter had to step in and show me. Overall, 0/5 would not recommend this dealership. More
