Came in to look at Outbacks and Foresters. The sales person smelled horrible like body odor and 20 years of chain smoking. Like unable to breathe on the test drive bad. He was extremely slow at everything he did, kept dissappearing to smoke and he talked about the weirdest stuff. The manager Iman was very rude and condescending he acted like we were an inconvenience and wasting his time it was my car and i was paying for it but he kept talking to my husband like i wasnt apart of the decision making process. I wanted to look at other options there but we left instead. This was the most bizarre experience ive had in a long time. We did end up getting a really nice outback at Owings Mills. Oddly enough they share cars with Catonsville so we still got what we wanted. More

Have had two bad experiences with Robert Wiggington, Service Lane Manager. My 2 year old car with 20,000 miles on it has been in the shop since 7/25/22 due to a bad Thermal Control Valve waiting for par Service Lane Manager. My 2 year old car with 20,000 miles on it has been in the shop since 7/25/22 due to a bad Thermal Control Valve waiting for parts. First, Robert told me it was fine to drive my car when the service tech said it should not be driven as it could overheat. Today, I was asked to come in to sign new papers since I had the loaner for 30 days. When I got there, Robert came out and I proceeded to let him know that what we thought was bug splatter on the windshield was in fact a chip that someone tried to epoxy. I found this out when I washed the car and attempted to clean the bugs off the windshield and bumper. Trying to be honest, I let him know this today. He proceeded to tell me that is not true, "he detailed the car himself." The car was not detailed, it was vacuumed and had been run through the car wash and not dried as it was still wet. I had a friend with me who can confirm that. I wasn't accusing him as I thought they may have thought it was bug splatter just like I did and I was trying to be honest. He immediately attacked and told me it was not safe for me to drive the car with a tiny chip in the windshield and my insurance would have to pay for the windshield. Well, I didn't do it, it unknowingly was there when I picked the car up. So much for being honest and some much for good customer service in this situation. I guess I'm on the hook since I missed it, but I think it's dirty. More
This manager was horrible the car that I test drove had a ripped seat and paint was coming off of the inside where the buttons are for the window instead of him offering myself to look at another vehicle he ripped seat and paint was coming off of the inside where the buttons are for the window instead of him offering myself to look at another vehicle he said that the car would be leaving the lot today..myself explained to him I would have to think about buying this car inside was not looking good he should have offered myself other options if I was not happy with the car that was presented to me his customer skills are very very poor he should not be in charge of anything very disappointed never have myself experience any foolishness like this from a manager are car dealerships... would not recommend anyone to go here unless management learns how to present there selves better and talk to people and a courteous matter terrible..terrible.. More

May is so amazing! This sweet woman stayed after her time off just so I could test drive a car. Then my mother in law who was with me decided to get a car as well and M This sweet woman stayed after her time off just so I could test drive a car. Then my mother in law who was with me decided to get a car as well and May stayed until we were done AFTER CLOSE!! We kept her there for 12 hours and not once did she make us feel rushed and she was just as happy as can be. I will ALWAYS recommend people to come to her. She is very helpful and will help you as much as she can and answer any and all questions you have. She went above and beyond she is truly the best. More
