I brought my car in for a routine inspection. I really appreciate Lynese's professionalism and willingness to answer all my questions. On one hand, I think this is something consumers expect, but I really appreciate Lynese's professionalism and willingness to answer all my questions. On one hand, I think this is something consumers expect, but on the other hand it is sometimes taken for granted. Either way, it's these little things that are much appreciated and do stand out. We were in the market for a new vehicle and had studied Consumer Reports, We had identified the Forester as our car of choice. We met with Ms. May who let us test drive the basic model to understand the Consumer Reports, We had identified the Forester as our car of choice. We met with Ms. May who let us test drive the basic model to understand the initial features. She then took us into the storage lot to show us the additional models. At no time was there a pressure to buy immediately. All of our questions were answered patiently. In the end, we went home with a brand new 2025 Forester at the price point that fit our budget. She and Mr. Andy were wonderful to work with as we financed the load via our credit union and took possession on the last day of the month. Our trade was treated fairly and generously. Recommend making an appointment with her. The whole experience from start to finish was very hassle-free. More
