My wife and I had an amazing experience at Heritage Mazda. Cassandra had been working with me for a couple weeks prior to us making the 50 mile trek out there to purchase our new CX-5. She answered all Mazda. Cassandra had been working with me for a couple weeks prior to us making the 50 mile trek out there to purchase our new CX-5. She answered all the questions that I had immediately, and made the buying process extremely easy. Every single person we encountered at the Bel Air location was extremely friendly and accommodating. They are transparent in their business and respect your time. I am so glad that we decided to make our purchase here, even with 4 other Mazda dealerships being much closer to our home. 5 stars for Cassandra and the entire crew over at Heritage Bel Air. More

Ken, Eugene, Doug and the entire team were incredibly responsive from start to finish and treated me like I was a VIP every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied-- and indeed I am! It's hard to imagine a car buying experience being so pleasant that you end up feeling as if you've become a part of a family, but that's exactly how it feels! Heritage Mazda wasn't the closest to me, but the distance was worth it and I'll continue to visit and buy from them! I'd highly recommend everyone do the same! More

My experience with Heritage and Cassandra was probably my most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. I purchase my first brand new car with them, and they were so patient and understanding through th most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. She was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Adam also helped me and I can’t express how friendly and knowledgeable he was. Doing whatever he could to help me make the most informed decision possible for me. Everyone at Heritage was fantastic from the start through after, making sure that once I walked out of there I had everything I need and was happy with my purchase.
