Long process, but great service I was looking for a late model diesel Passat and saw one on Heritage's website. When we arrived , we met salesman Will Wells, who was very friendly a I was looking for a late model diesel Passat and saw one on Heritage's website. When we arrived , we met salesman Will Wells, who was very friendly and accommodating. The car was located at another dealer, but Will quickly arranged to have it brought to the dealer later that afternoon. When the car arrived it was very clean with low miles. The price was a bit high, but Will and his manager worked with me to get an acceptable price and a good value for my trade-in. At the end of the day, I drove home with a great car at a low price! What more could I want? More

We purchased the Honda and for a car that is ten years old it rides like a new car. The car only had one key so John Holliday deducted the cost of a new key from the price of the car. We were very pleased with our experience when we purchased a 2016 Mazda A6 a week ago. Everyone at the dealer was very helpful and went out of there way to get us the exact car we wanted. It was delivered to us that day. The dealer set up financing for us through a APG Federal Credit union and called us back two days later to have us come in and resign the Bill of Sale. They had been able to lower the rate from the great rate we were given on the day of the sale. Bobbi, our sales person spent a lot of time with us at time of delivery going over all of the features of the car to be sure we understood everything. It was a great experience. More
