Friendly, Very Helpful. Purchased a new CX-7, over all satisfied with it. Test drove a different one then I bought, the one I actually purchased was shipped up from VA, so I never go to see it until I pic satisfied with it. Test drove a different one then I bought, the one I actually purchased was shipped up from VA, so I never go to see it until I picked it up from the dealer. I was under he impression it was the exact same features as the one I test drove, with the upgrade to leather seating. The one I test drove had a sunroof and more digital display and back up camera features, the on I got had the upgraded leather seats, but no sunroof or digital display or back up camera. That was disappointing to me and I wish I was told up front about the changes rather then the surprise I got when I picked up the vehicle. This was my first time buying a car. One employee in particular was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process and getting me the best deal possible. I also appreciated how he took the time to show me how to operate the car's special features including programing my phone contacts into the car's system. I had a short but very sweet relationship with this dealership. I was choosing between two different makes of cars, Mazda and another, and I got a FANTASTIC deal from this dealership. John & Bobbi we dealership. I was choosing between two different makes of cars, Mazda and another, and I got a FANTASTIC deal from this dealership. John & Bobbi were both super helpful. I ended up choosing the other make of car for some reasons that had nothing to do with this dealership or it's employees. I am sure hoping I made the right decision!! When I told John I would not be making the deal with them, he was so supportive and wished me well with the car I did choose. He did not put me down for my choice, and he sounded truly sincere. Therefore, I highly recommend this dealership to all of you who are searching for a Mazda. I know I will keep them in mind if I am ever in the market for a Mazda again. Thanks, John & Bobbi! More
Very rude and pushy salesmanship. Dealer actually recommended me to another dealer when confronted about rudeness! Our salesman was Brent and he was exceptional. We called ahead of time to make an appointment with him and arrived a little earlier than expected. He was available and didn't mind that we decided to come ea ahead of time to make an appointment with him and arrived a little earlier than expected. We were looking at the GMC Terrain that just arrived at the dealership and he pulled the truck around for us to look at while he made a copy of my husband's license. Afterwards, he grabbed dealer plates and we were out for a test drive no less than 15 minutes after we arrived at the dealership. He answered all our questions about the car and made a point to give us all accurate information. Since we were already preapproved through our local credit union, he informed us that they were affiliated with our credit union and were able to give us the same APR rate that the credit union did and process our loan paperwork in house which saved us a trip to the bank. He made sure to get us the best trade in price for our car which was more that CarMax gave us. He helped us set up our On Star and even gave us tips for the car. If we ever bought another car, we would defiantly come back to him and refer our family and friends to him as well. Our financing guy was Doug and he was great as well. He explained all the terms of our loan to us and clearly explained all the options we could add on such as GAP insurance. He processed our paperwork as quickly as possible and made sure we were comfortable while he was entering our information into the system. He even went as far as pushing our first payment to the last date available in the system just to give us more time to save for the car. This dealership provides top customer service and anyone would be lucky to buy one of their cars. The manager of the dealership even came and shaked our hands to thank us for buying a car from them.
