We were very pleased with our experience when we purchased a 2016 Mazda A6 a week ago. Everyone at the dealer was very helpful and went out of there way to get us the exact car we wanted. It was delivered to us that day. The dealer set up financing for us through a APG Federal Credit union and called us back two days later to have us come in and resign the Bill of Sale. They had been able to lower the rate from the great rate we were given on the day of the sale. Bobbi, our sales person spent a lot of time with us at time of delivery going over all of the features of the car to be sure we understood everything. It was a great experience. More

I have purchased 10 new cars in my lifetime and usually dealt with a dealer in havre de grace. while deciding what i wanted to purchase the mazda 3 caught my eye so i had to find a mazda dealership. I was not looking forward to this because buying a car is a stressful and time consuming undertaking. The moment I enter heritage i was greeted by Devon Giddings and he made me and my family feel very comfortable. He took the time to answer our questions honestly . The team of Devon Giddings, Ryan Lueckert and Richard Blaine even stayed 2 hours past closing to help me get the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.
