He is honest, knowledgeable and customer oriented. It was because of his outstanding service that we made Heritage Mazda Bel Air our first stop when we were looking for a new car. While I love the end result of car buying--a new car--I have never been a lover of the car buying process. Heritage Mazda Bel Air changed that this past Saturday. Thank you Justin Ledbetter (salesman), Ryan Lueckert (sales manager), Dustin Goodman (financing) and Rick Fallano (service). Justin Ledbetter is a relatively new salesman and that made me nervous at first. However, he soon put my nerves to rest. He was knowledgeable and patient. He moved through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. He took us on a couple of test drives and wandered through the lot with us answering every question we posed. Justin was the kind of salesman one wants to deal with when buying a car. Ryan made the pricing/deal process painless. I felt that he gave us the best deal he could give us. Never once did I feel as though we were not being treated fairly and with honesty. He was kind, upfront, and efficient. At this stage in the buying process, working with someone like Ryan is very important! Dustin walked us through the financing with ease. He carried on a conversation with us and took time with us. He moved the paperwork effortlessly and explained everything concisely. Dustin had what I think of as the "dirty work" and he handled it with such grace and professionalism. All along the way, Rick Fallano would come check on us! As we neared the end of the process, he went over the car and made sure it was ready for us. What a guy!! I just can not recommend Heritage Mazda Bel Air enough!! We walked out of the dealership feeling like we made new friends. To top it off, we bought the perfect car for us! More

Every person I dealt with, starting with the awesome Ken Arment in sales, to the manager John, and Dustin in finance, was patient, didn’t put any pressure on me, was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cared about getting me a great deal on the car I wanted, even having the car moved to Bel Air from another location, as well as giving me a fair price on my trade. Most of all, pricing was transparent and they didn’t pull the old 4-square deal trying to work off a monthly payment. I asked for a total out of the door price and that’s what I got. I greatly appreciate that everyone there was so respectful and truly put the customer first. I highly recommend Heritage Mazda Bel Air! More

Having been to the huge mega dealership in Bel Air and having to put up with the amateur (and immature) tactics, this place was a breath of fresh air. Ken, Ryan and Dustin were awesome and helped me find the vehicle I wanted and negotiate a fair price quickly. The supporting crew in the background also did their best to have things ready when needed- the car, paperwork etc. This ensured a quick as possible process and no wasting of time. I'd highly recommend Heritage BA Mazda to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be back for my next vehicle. More

Long process, but great service I was looking for a late model diesel Passat and saw one on Heritage's website. When we arrived , we met salesman Will Wells, who was very friendly a I was looking for a late model diesel Passat and saw one on Heritage's website. When we arrived , we met salesman Will Wells, who was very friendly and accommodating. The car was located at another dealer, but Will quickly arranged to have it brought to the dealer later that afternoon. When the car arrived it was very clean with low miles. The price was a bit high, but Will and his manager worked with me to get an acceptable price and a good value for my trade-in. At the end of the day, I drove home with a great car at a low price! What more could I want? More

Excellent salesman, Jonathan Christ I was looking for a used Honda Accord I saw on the Internet. I called Jonathan Christ who said the vehicle was not at Heritage Mazda. He promised to l I was looking for a used Honda Accord I saw on the Internet. I called Jonathan Christ who said the vehicle was not at Heritage Mazda. He promised to locate the vehicle and have it sent to BELAIR. The next day the vehicle came in and Jonathan came in to work on his day off to show us the vehicle. We purchased the Honda and for a car that is ten years old it rides like a new car. The car only had one key so John Holliday deducted the cost of a new key from the price of the car. I must tell you that buying a new vehicle is not my idea of a great time but this was a great car buying experience. Mr David Thompson was knowledgable , friendly and eager to provide excellent customer service. David was very communicative, expertly answered all of our questions and has continued to reach out to us when we have had follow up questions. We can't say enough about David , the Heritage Mazda experience and for the positive interactions we also had with Devon Giddings and John Holliday. Everything promised was delivered.
