But a friend called up Mr. Wells for us, and we bought a car that day - the very first car we tried! We knew what we were looking for and he gave us the price we wanted (and needed) without any negotiation needed! Even the business manager was helpful and friendly. They took care of the registration, plates, everything for us, and quickly. We walked out (after being hugged by "Uncle Wil") thinking, "Should buying a car be this easy? Should it be this enjoyable?" I gritted my teeth the next day when we had it inspected by our trusted mechanic, worried that something must be wrong with the car because I had such a good time - but no. I did some internet research and found the car i wanted. My wife reccomended going to see Wil Wells at heritage mazda in bel air. Wil was very professional and a great salesman. The night i went in to see him, he had two other customers he was working with. But still found the time to take care of me. He wasnt short with me nor did i feel rushed like i was bothering him. He gave me his best price on the first go around. No need to go back and forth on the price. He will give you the best price so that everyone walks away happy. Wil Wells is by the far the best and most professional salesman i have met. He will even send you borthday cards for years to come! More

A Pleasant Surprise After thirteen years, it was time to buy a new car. I had done my research and was quite certain that I wanted a Mazda CX-5 based on what I had read. After thirteen years, it was time to buy a new car. I had done my research and was quite certain that I wanted a Mazda CX-5 based on what I had read. I was dreading the process of selecting and purchasing a car because of prior experiences with sales staff. We stopped by 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday for a quick look and were assisted by Wil Wells. He was very friendly, informative and seemed unconcerned by the lateness of our arrival. Most importantly, he was never pushy. We left at closing, but agreed to connect the following week. We returned today and Mr. Wells was very flexible around our schedule as we had to run our son to and from sports. The new car I wanted was on the lot and Mr. Wells worked with us to come up with a quote that was close to a Certified Pre-Owned that we were considering at another dealer. Mr. Wells was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough in his explanations and willingly answered questions. He treated us like family and took the time to get to know us. Today was a very positive experience, thanks to Wil Wells. I would gladly work with him again in the future. To top it off, I have the car I love sitting in my garage. More
