I am spellbound and speechless after the courtesy shown by John Holliday (General Sales Manager) in personally calling me up to understand the issues I am spellbound and speechless after the courtesy shown by John Holliday (General Sales Manager) in personally calling me up to understand the issues that I had reported on my Certified Pre-owned Mazda 6 purchased last month. He asked me to drop off my car, arranged for a loaner car while the issues with my car were being taken care of. He kept me updated daily on the status of completion and was fine with me picking up the car at my convenience. When I told him that I would be able to make it in the evening only around the closing time, he even offered to stay back late well beyond closing time so that I could express happiness that all the issues were indeed fixed. I was overwhelmed looking at my car last evening. It looked almost-new from inside out and I could notice the level of personal care that John and his team at Heritage Mazda had put in to restore my confidence back. Well, to sum it up in a single sentence, Heritage Mazda could have just ignored me as "one unsatisfied customer". He showed us all the bells and whistles on the CX-5 during our test drive, and let us take the car overnight to try it out for another whole day! When we returned to the dealership to go over numbers he had the finance group run numerous options for us to consider. Paul is really very knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. We traded in a 17 year old car and really needed Paul's help to understand how to operate all the new gadgets that have become standard in the new cars. This is the first car we've had that doesn't start with a regular key in the ignition! We also really appreciated the fact that Paul was low pressure, patient, and just overall fun to talk to. More
