Best out-of-state car buying experience, EVER!!! So, we have been searching and waiting for the 2017 Miata RF Club in 6 speed since July 2016. I have contacted three local dealerships in Charlotte, So, we have been searching and waiting for the 2017 Miata RF Club in 6 speed since July 2016. I have contacted three local dealerships in Charlotte, NC and they either brushed me off because they couldn’t locate the vehicle or wanted to only sell at MSRP. I expanded my search to 500+ miles and saw Heritage Mazda Bel Air were getting some non-launch RF and inquired via email on the possibility of locating one for us. I was fortunate to deal Jonathan as he was extremely professional. We communicated entirely via text messages as it was easier to correspond during work hours. He stated he didn’t have the exact vehicle but will locate one for us. He kept me up to date on the status for a few days and finally texted me on December 29th and told us they have one for us. Jonathan gave us such a great deal for brand 2017 Miata RF Club in 6 speed that no dealer can even get their hands on yet!!! We booked a flight to Baltimore airport to pick up car on New Year’s Eve!!! He even arraigned for a pickup at the airport to drive us to the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership, we finally met Jonathan and there was no bait and switch, just the awesome price that we negotiated via text. The finance manager was able to get us a great rate, wasn’t pushy on trying to sell us ‘packages’ but we did opt for the GAP insurance. We arrived at the dealership around 11:00AM and was out of there at 1:15PM. How is that for efficiency and no BS for a car dealership?! Jonathan made buying a car from out of state a real pleasant experience!! All this was done via text messages!!! I would definitely recommend Heritage Mazda Bel Air and Jonathan!!! More

Very laid back and friendly, I decided to purchase a 2016 CX-5 and I am very satisfied with the attention, friendly conversation, and I loved the non-pushy, informative approach. We took a test drive the first night, and I returned two days later to make the purchase. Also, Garrett in financing was very warm and considerate, as was Devon, the manager, who welcomed us and introduced himself if we needed any help. I had to have my cupholder re-installed, and they ordered the part, and I was able to get it installed the same day it arrived, and quickly, within an hour. Great customer service, honestly kind, and very highly recommended. Thanks again! More

Once I found my car, the process inside was just as enjoyable. They all were very accomadating and helped me reach the price I was able to pay as well. All in all this experience was precisely perfect, and the best Ive ever had at a dealership. Nobody tried to scam me or take advantage of me, (not that I would have let them ;) ) Anyway, I will definitely recommend and be back. Thank you. I love my car!! More

We looked at Heritage Mazda in Bel Air about six months ago, we were not planning to buy another vehicle until the Spring of 2017. We met two sales men at the dealership unlike any other – Ken Arment and Jonathan Christ. We hate going into dealerships where we must deal with sales people who don’t understand the word, “NO.” Ken and Jonathan were low pressure and cooperative in helping us find the right vehicle. We took seven days and about that many vehicles to find the exact fit for us; Ken and Jonathan were patient and understanding. If you consider a new car or, as we did, a previously owned vehicle, check with Ken Arment or Jonathan Christ at Heritage Mazda in Bel Air. We are actual buyers… we are seventy-three years of age.
