Great Buying Experience We were replacing our 2013 Honda CR-V and after evaluating the cars found Honda and Mazda were comparable. We went to Heritage Mazda and Justin Ledbetter was our salesman. The overall experience was excellent and very low pressure as compared to other dealers. Justin was very helpful and knew the product very well. We test drove the cars on Saturday, made our decision over the weekend, and purchased the car on Monday. Everyone from the General Sales Manager, financial manager, and Justin were helpful, very friendly, and no pressure. I would definitely recommend Justin and the Heritage Mazda team to my friends and family. More

We were headed out on a family vacation that would be about 2000 miles round trip on the vehicle and I wanted to make sure she was ready! I knew I needed a few relatively major services and a few minor ones completed on my vehicle, so I was worried of the cost. Robert spend a good amount of time working with me and explaining what each service entailed and which were recommended based on my mileage. Then based on what I wanted to spend Robert and I worked out a service plan that fit my financial needs as well as my vehicle's needs. The service was completed quickly and we had a great vacation.
