Very pleased My visit to Heritage Mazda was pleasant experience. I needed to get two recall notices attended to. It only took a few minutes to get the paperwork do My visit to Heritage Mazda was pleasant experience. I needed to get two recall notices attended to. It only took a few minutes to get the paperwork done when I dropped the car off and I was on my way with a complementary loaner. I received a call from the service manager telling me of some other minor problems with the car that they found during the inspection. They completed all of the work by 12:30 pm. That's only 3 hours from start to finish. Not bad. More

Amazing People, Amazing Dealership Heritage Mazda is a full one hour drive from where I live, but I made the drive anyway and I'm glad I did. Everyone from manager to sales to accounting were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly they knew customer service, even at 12am! Devon and Wil were amazing on the phone before I visited the dealership, so I just had to drive there. Rob, Rodney Shawn and others also made my first car buying experience an excellent one. And as an added bonus, I met the man behind the voice...Wil Wells...I say again, you need your own entire radio station! (as a side gig of course :)) More
