Great Service! I was recently at Heritage Mazda for some service on my 2015 CX-9. We were headed out on a family vacation that would be about 2000 miles round trip I was recently at Heritage Mazda for some service on my 2015 CX-9. We were headed out on a family vacation that would be about 2000 miles round trip on the vehicle and I wanted to make sure she was ready! I knew I needed a few relatively major services and a few minor ones completed on my vehicle, so I was worried of the cost. Robert spend a good amount of time working with me and explaining what each service entailed and which were recommended based on my mileage. Then based on what I wanted to spend Robert and I worked out a service plan that fit my financial needs as well as my vehicle's needs. The service was completed quickly and we had a great vacation. When we arrived, the car had been cleaned and was sitting in the front of the showroom for us to test drive. We did have to wait about an hour to see the the Finance Manager, but once we were in front of him, the purchase process was quick and efficient. I am a repeat customer and will certainly consider Heritage Madze again for my next vehicle purchase. More
