I inquired about a Mazda CX-5 online and since my house was a bit far from the dealership, he offered to bring the car to my house for a test drive. Once I decided to go with the car, the purchasing process was smooth. We negotiated a fair price over the phone and he did as much of the upfront work before I got to the dealership to sign.
