This was a waste and we reached out to the GM and store manager at west minster with 0 replies. at all. This has been a complete waste of time as we have said numerous times we are not across the street. We have purchased numerous cars from Mile One. You just missed out on my husband purchase because he scheduled an appt and no one was there after he drove from dover pa to parkville ! He went to Harrisburg and they brought the car there and accommodated him. Getting someone to come in is 1 thing but then not showing up or calling 15 mins before is unacceptable !! Be careful booking any appts with this dealership ! More
