Stay away from Heritage Honda Service Center, Westminster MD Their incompetence and failure to catch the problem earlier cost me over $5924,34 out Stay away from Heritage Honda Service Center, Westminster MD Their incompetence and failure to catch the problem earlier cost me over $5924,34 out of pocket — an expense that should never have happened. Summary: 2018 Honda accord has 74,000 miles, never been in an accident, and has been consistently well maintained. * February 8, 2025: Brought my car in for an oil change (expect to wait 3 hours with appointment). * Inspection: Receipt noted that engine oil and antifreeze inspections both passed. * Scheduled my fuel pump recall service for later date. * March 17, 2025: Returned for scheduled fuel pump repair. Reported that the car was misfiring at 40 mph shortly before appointment. * Service performed: Fuel pump, spark plugs, and a coil pack were replaced. * After service: Car began stalling again and would not produce heat unless in motion. * March 28, 2025: Returned the car, left it overnight and through Saturday. * Outcome: Was told they could not replicate the stalling issue and did not have time to inspect the heating problem. * April 10, 2025: Returned again as the stalling worsened; the car stalled on a major road. * Diagnosis: Was informed there was no coolant in the system, which caused major engine damage. * Result: Required a full cylinder replacement. I had to pay $5,924.34 out-of-pocket despite the fact that my car only had 74,000 miles on it. More

Eyo was so thoughtful and sweet; he brought crayons and a coloring book for my three- and five-year-olds, which helped keep them entertained and made the buying process much easier for me. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and satisfied. If it weren’t for him, I might not have purchased the vehicle.
